As we gear up for the NVAL Championship meet, practice times will be as follows.
Group 3 & 4: 7:30-8:30
Group 2: 8:30 - 9:30
Group 1: 9:30-10:00
We will have a large focus on proper turns, starts, and stroke technique to help our swimmers going to NVALs…

CEREAL DAY!! Thursday, June 26th
Each swimmer brings a box of Cereal to share. We set up the different boxes of cereal and have a cereal buffet. The team will provide milk, bowls, and spoons. Practice times will be a little different to accommodate the time for eating cereal.
